Faith and Justice Ministry

The Nativity of Mary Faith and Justice Ministry is a new ministry focused on local outreach and advocacy for our community. The Faith and Justice Ministry promotes awareness of Catholic Social teaching and opportunities to live the Baptismal call to love God and neighbor. Through adult faith formation, parish-wide events, outreach, and reading materials, we will engage our parish in the importance of Catholic Social Teaching as well as raise awareness and address social issues in our community. We are called to be the Body of Christ in the world through outreach and care for our neighbor and common home. The Ministry will focus on this call through self-awareness, understanding, solidarity, and advocacy.

The Faith and Justice Ministry does not have specific meeting dates and times, but strives to meet every 4-6 weeks.
