We will be using FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to award financial need scholarships for our school for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year.  Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. 

Applicants can apply online by clicking the FACTS link at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
 

• Copies of your 2022 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
• Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

If you are applying for a MO Scholar Scholarship please apply through Bright Futures at https://www.brightfuturesfund.org/moscholars_scholarship.html.  Please make sure to choose Bright Futures Fund and Nativity School 22156 as your school/institutions. 

If you have a child attending another school using FACTS and have already applied for aid, please let LeAnn (llakin@nativityofmary.org) know so we can request your application be added to our school. If you have not yet applied at the other school, choose both schools as your School/Institution when you apply to avoid paying the application fee twice.

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf or jpeg format online.

There is a $40 fee for completing the application.
